Central location was a plus. The lunch in Yumeya close to the hotel had every choice imaginable. The room was brand-new and great-sized, with coffee/tea makers and a fridge. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom...

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing two complimentary perks that made our stay special. The location was ideal for our early morning flight, just a short 6-minute drive away. The unexpected good onsen was a lovely perk, perfect for relaxing and unwinding before our flight.

That the room felt a bit overheated and took some time to cool down, but we easily remedied this by opening the window. It would have been nice if there was a way to control the temperature in the room, but it didn't affect the overall comfort of our stay.

The location is unbeatable, right near the train station, making it super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a free shuttle to the airport. Plus, the free bath and onsen were a luxurious bonus!

Breakfast option could have been better, but hey, it's Japan, so no biggie!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Chitose, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and cleanliness of the rooms. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the Chitose JR station and within walking distance of Aeon mall. The room itself had a clean and bright ambiance, which made for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the availability of mineral water and an instant coffee maker in the room.
